NOD RENT uses the details entered in the form only to assess and manage a rental request.

We may process your name, phone, email, company, dates, route, requested vehicle and message. Do not enter card data, identity-document copies or sensitive information in the form.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer the request, check availability and prepare a quote and agreement. Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
3. Recipients
Data may be accessed by the NOD RENT operator, essential hosting providers and, when needed for a quote, the selected contracting entity or fleet partner. Data is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
4. Retention
Requests that do not become contracts are kept only as long as needed for replies, abuse prevention and operational records. Confirmed-rental documents are retained for legally required periods.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and may complain to the supervisory authority. Use the request form and write “GDPR request” in the special-requirements field.
6. Cookies and security
The site uses only technical elements required for operation and abuse prevention. No advertising or profiling tools are configured. The connection is protected by HTTPS.
